Terra at Eataly Boston will soon open for lunch.
Staring February 5, Terra will begin lunch service on the top floor of Eataly Boston. Chef Dan’s all-new lunch menu comprises both fresh recipes and Terra favorites that feature the best in-season ingredients, such as local kabocha squash, chubby carrots, and wild-caught fish.
Lunch offerings include small plates, salads, pastas, and proteins and include dishes like agnello allo spiedo, a grilled Vermont lamb shank, little gem lettuce, maitake mushroom, and herb marscapone dressing, and potato gnocchi with swiss chard, fontina Val D’Aosta DOP, walnuts.
Located on the third floor, Terra is inspired by earth and fire. The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill, where Chef Dan Bazzinotti cooks seasonal raw ingredients over burning flames, allowing the simple flavors to shine. The resulting earthy dishes pair perfectly with the herb-infused cocktails, extensive wines, and ever-changing barrel-aged beers. In other words: Terra will give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience with each visit.
