Our host Post 390, is transforming part of their dining area into our exclusive spa and providing a separate dining space where you’ll enjoy a specially crafted two course brunch that includes bottomless banana bread and a mimosa. Beauty Brunch Back Bay attendees will receive complimentary hair styling from Mitchell John Salon stylists, make up services from Beauitful Belleza owner Carina Lopez, eyebrow waxing provided by Peaches and Pearls Skincare owner Jenn Irwin,  5-10 minute massages compliments of John John Mobile Massage, access to a full retail pop up from Fashion Fun Pop Up and tickets to the International Fine Arts Show

Eric HauckHighly respected for his cutting edge hair styling and iconic cuts and known among industry professionals for having some of the best razor cutting skills, Eric Hauck has certainly made a name for himself as a leader in the competitive hair care business. He has worked backstage at some of Fashion Week’s biggest shows including Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Helmut Lang and on the pages of leading fashion and beauty publications in the US and internationally. After 11 years he has relocated to Boston where he is the Lead Stylist and Creative Director of Mitchell John Salon, as well as an Education Director at Living Proof. 

Victoria VitaleAfter 5 years of perfecting her craft, Victoria has become known for her voluminous blowouts and intricate updos. She has found the key to her success is fine attention to detail and ensuring a cohesive look. Joining Mitchell John was the next evolution of her training and after completing the rigorous training program faster than any other stylists has, she has become a rising star among the team.

Jenn IrwinWith over 11 years in the Esthetic industry, Esthetician & Lash Artist Jenn Irwin brings a high level of knowledge and passion for performing quality skincare services including facials, peels, waxing & eyelash extensions. She recently left a local spa chain to open Peaches & Pearls Skincare Boutique in Lexington, MA where she can now fully realize her mission of offering clients customized services featuring locally made products with a focus on natural & organic ingredients.
Carina LopezBeautiful Belleza offers on-site makeup services in the Boston area. Founder and makeup artist Carina Lopez has over 6 years of experience enhancing women’s natural beauty.  She uses makeup as tool to improve women’s self-image and lift their confidence and self-esteem.
John PeñaJohn John Massage was created on the vision of making massage accessible to all. John brings the spa experience to your location of choice and personalizes each massage to address your individual needs.  He specializes in chair massage for corporate and private events. John is also known for sports massage with clients including international athletes from the Copa America.

Beauty Brunch Back Bay is an exclusive Brunches of Boston event open from 11 AM-2 PM. Attendees are welcome to enjoy brunch and beauty services as they please throughout the three hour event window.

Post 390 Farm-to-Post Dinner Series #5: Kimball Fruit Farm

Join Post 390 for the fifth of a 6-part “Farm to Post” dinner series in 2106. This dinner will highlight the best of Kimball Fruit Farm, a third generation family-run farm owned and operated by Carl and Marie Hills. The evening will start with a reception, followed by a four course dinner.

Tickets are limited and are available for $55.

The final date for the the dinners series will be November 2nd for their “Novemberfest” celebration.

About Kimball Fruit Farm

Kimball Fruit Farm grows a variety of fruits and vegetables for the retail and wholesale trade at their Pepperell store and 12 farmers markets throughout New England. Aside from over 70 varieties of award-winning heirloom tomatoes, they are swimming in peaches (white and yellow freestone), corn (white and two color), apples (nearly 40 varieties), pears (6 varieties), and an amazing array of other fruits, vegetables, greens and herbs.

Farm to Post at Post 390 Boston Back Bay

Beer isn’t just for drinking! Join Post 390 to kick off Farm to Post “Cooking with Craft Beer” on Wednesday, January 24. Post 390’s “Farm to Post” tasting series features a monthly spotlight on some of New England’s finest farmers, producers, vineyards, brewers, and fishermen and focuses on ingredients that are sourced locally, and produced sustainably. Every month or so Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer and his team create a special “Farm to Post” menu highlighting products from these farms and producers.

The first dinner of the 2018 series will include a unique menu with craft beer and cider from Bantam Cider Company, Lamplighter Brewing Company, Jack’s Abby, and Berkshire Brewing Company incorporated into each dish.

Tickets are $55.00 and include a welcome reception, four course dinner, and beverage pairings. Chat with some of New England’s top craft brewers while you discover a new way to enjoy your favorite beers. Tax and gratuity are included. Limited tickets available.

A Cheese Filled Evening

On Wednesday, April 4th, the cheese stands together at Post 390 for a very special Massachusetts Cheese Trail Farm-to-Post dinner. Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer has invited his cheesiest friends to the restaurant and created a menu to showcase the best in Massachusetts cheesemaking. Representatives from local fromageries like Upinngil FarmRuggles Hill Creamery, and Westfield Farm will be on-site to discuss their cheeses while you enjoy a four-course dinner with each course showcasing a different maker. The evening kicks off at 6:00pm with a welcome reception over passed hors d’oeuvres featuring three Upinngil Farm cheeses, followed by a quartet of queso courses, and finishing with a bonus cheese from Shy Brother’s Farm (in case you get the munchies in the Uber). Tickets are $55 including tax and tip, and if you can’t make it, the Mass. Cheese Trail menu will be available during dinner service at Post for a limited time.

If you’ve been patiently biding your time for the chance to talk craft beer with the experts, Post 390 has the opportunity for you. On Sunday, April 8th, the contemporary Back Bay tavern hosts their annual Sip & Slide party featuring a line-up of local breweries (the sips) and a slew of gourmet sliders (the slides) from Executive Chef Nick Deutemeyer. From 12:00-2:00pm, you’ll get to mingle with the brewery reps from area faves like Jack’s AbbyNotchLamplighterBerkshire BrewingTwo RoadsHarpoon and Bantam Cider. And you’ll get to snack on a wide variety of sliders including BBQ bulgogi, a breakfast sausage slider, and a banana bread whoopie pie slider.
