How has the restaurant landscape changed since you arrived in Boston? It’s currently very influenced by Instagram. We’ve seen a change at Deuxave. We used to have older clientele looking for fine dining, and now we see younger people coming in wanting to post that perfect picture. It’s important for restaurants to look cool.
