Transportation is critical to our region’s economic growth and quality of life. However, our current system has a number of challenges preventing it from keeping up with the demands of a growing city and expanding labor force. The Boston business community is calling for a modern and reliable transportation network and is looking to the government, the private sector, and public / private partnerships to deliver solutions.
Innovative and modern modes of transportation are emerging across the world, the country, and our region, which is causing the conversation on mobility to shift from relying just on current transit systems to new possibilities brought about by technology. Our discussion will examine this evolving mobility landscape by bringing together thought leaders, innovators, and transportation experts from the public and private to address what the future of transportation should be in Boston.
