Mother’s Day Specials: Join Bistro du Midi for a sophisticated meal on May 13th. Chef Robert Sisca has created a three-course meal that will impress even the toughest food aficionado. Options for the first course include Salmon Rillettes, Spanish Octopus with Iberico ham and shishito peppers, and a spinach and endive salad with seasonal vegetables. Main courses include a vegetable quiche, beet gnocchi, duck confit “foieffle” with a belgian waffle, and a prime short rib burger. Finish off the meal on a sweet note with a brioche beignet, rose genoise, or a dulcey ganache.

Mother’s Day Specials: Join the Bristol for a brunch your mother will not forget. Traditional brunch offerings include an omelet station, fruit display, waffles and biscuits, a yogurt and granola bar, and breakfast pastries. Mother’s Day Specials: Give your mom a meal, a view, and live music by “The Sunny Barbato Trio” this Mother’s Day. This year’s brunch is four courses. Appetizers to start the meal include sweeter selections such as strawberry crepes, yogurt parfait brûlée, and a tropical fruit salad. The second course has more savory selections such as spring onion and fingerling flatbread, smoked salmon toast, or chilled tomato soup. The main entrees have a mix of sweet and savory with brioche french toast, classic eggs Benedict, lobster omelet, and prime rib hash. The special dinner menu is also four courses. Start dinner off with your choice of a soup or salad followed by selections such as foie gras terrine, scallop crudo, and slow roasted heirloom carrots. The main courses include roasted halibut, seared tuna, pan roasted heritage pork chop, marrow-crusted filet mignon, or summer vegetable tagliatelle. At both brunch and dinner, Top of the Hub will be serving lime cheesecake and strawberry and lemon mousse tarte. We advise you come hungry!
