Main courses include a vegetable quiche, beet gnocchi, duck confit “foieffle” with a belgian waffle, and a prime short rib burger. Finish off the meal on a sweet note with a brioche beignet, rose genoise, or a dulcey ganache.

Mother’s Day Specials: Join the Bristol for a brunch your mother will not forget. Traditional brunch offerings include an omelet station, fruit display, waffles and biscuits, a yogurt and granola bar, and breakfast pastries. More savory options include a raw bar, seasonal salads, and a carving station. The featured entrees include Arctic Char, baked 5 cheese cavatappi, roasted spring vegetables, chicken parmesan, and rock shrimp scampi with tagliatelle. The entree choices include lots of seafood, think Maine lobster Benedict, pan seared salmon, scallops, honey and lavender roasted organic chicken, and steak and eggs. And even though we said there is a lighter menu doesn’t mean there won’t be dessert! Whether you are looking for something fruity or something with chocolate, the dessert station will not disappoint.

Mother’s Day Specials: Treat mom to a special Brunch on the Rooftop of Taj Boston featuring some of the most breathtaking views of Back Bay. The culinary team has created a menu that includes something for every palate from omelet and waffle stations, spring soups and salads, raw bar, cheese and charcuterie, Asian Station, sushi bar, and more. Brunch entrees include prime rib and Indian specialties, all served with the appropriate accompaniments. A vast selection of desserts and sweets complete the experience. During brunch moms will also have the opportunity to curate their own tea blend from an expansive selection of Taj Boston’s custom teas.

Mother’s Day Specials: Give your mom a meal, a view, and live music by “The Sunny Barbato Trio” this Mother’s Day. This year’s brunch is four courses. Appetizers to start the meal include sweeter selections such as strawberry crepes, yogurt parfait brûlée, and a tropical fruit salad. The second course has more savory selections such as spring onion and fingerling flatbread, smoked salmon toast, or chilled tomato soup. The main entrees have a mix of sweet and savory with brioche french toast, classic eggs Benedict, lobster omelet, and prime rib hash. The special dinner menu is also four courses. Start dinner off with your choice of a soup or salad followed by selections such as foie gras terrine, scallop crudo, and slow roasted heirloom carrots. The main courses include roasted halibut, seared tuna, pan roasted heritage pork chop, marrow-crusted filet mignon, or summer vegetable tagliatelle. At both brunch and dinner, Top of the Hub will be serving lime cheesecake and strawberry and lemon mousse tarte. We advise you come hungry!
