On June 21, Fairmont Copley Plaza will celebrate one of the longest days of the year with a White & Bright Summer Solstice Party.
Break out your whitest of whites or brightest of brights and toast to the start of summer. Bubbles and cocktails will be provided including Billecart Salmon Champage, Square One Vodka, New Age White, and Charles de Fere “Cuvée Jean Louis” Blanc de Blanc “Ice.”
Chef Laurent Poulain has created a menu of sophisticated hors d’ouevres to complement perfectly with the cocktails.
The White & Bright Summer Solstice Party will be on Wednesday, June 21 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person, including cocktails, hors d’ouevres, taxes and gratuity.
The Bristol Restaurant & Bar makes Hump Day the best day of the week with their Burgers & Burgundy. Every Wednesday night, burger lovers can enjoy the object of their gastronomic desire paired with tastings of two Burgundian-style wines. It’s a tasty little opportunity to try something new as the paired wines, chosen by the in-house wine director, will be from bottles that aren’t regularly available by the glass.
