From 7:30–8:30AM, a Pop-Up Cocoa Bar will serve *complimentary* L.A. Burdick drinking chocolate and assorted mini muffins from OAK Long Bar + Kitchen’s Pastry Chef outside the hotel’s Dartmouth Street entrance for commuters and passersby to enjoy, while supplies last.
The artisan chocolatier, famous for its European-inspired chocolate bonbons, hot chocolates and pastries, will have cups of the following to warm the neighborhood:

Wish Carly Copley a very happy birthday with cake and a story!
Fairmont Copley Plaza will host a birthday party for its canine ambassador, Carly Copley, on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 1pm. Hosting Carly’s 8th birthday will be Vanessa Welch, Anchor for Boston 25 News, who will be reading “Catie Copley” to guests. The reading will be followed by birthday cake (for humans) and special snacks for Carly’s canine friends. This beloved Boston holiday tradition is free and open to the public.
In lieu of gifts for the hotel’s pampered pooch, Fairmont Copley Plaza invites guests to bring a donation of towels, blankets or toys for the dogs and cats at the Animal Rescue League’s Boston Shelter.

Fairmont Copley Plaza is hosting an extravagant, family-friendly brunch buffet with multiple seating options at 10:30 and 11:00am, and 2:00 and 2:30pm.
As a special treat for your little ones, children can play with adorable farm animals from Enchanted Animal Parties petting zoo, participate in an Easter egg hunt, enjoy an arts n’ crafts section, and get creative at a decorate-your-own-cookie station. Plenty of family photo opportunities inside the luxurious setting of Fairmont Copley Plaza.
The Easter menu from Executive Chef Laurent Poulain will offer brunch options the whole family will love. Breakfast selections include made-to-order omelettes and maple sugar & cinnamon French toast, and on the savory side there will be decadent choices like honey lemon herb crusted rack of lamb, rib eye chops with bordelaise sauce, duck foie gras, lobster & bow tie pasta salad, a full raw bar and much more.
The dessert buffet will make the magic of the holiday come to life with a presentation of chocolate bunny pops, Easter petit fours, strawberry short cakes, mini Boston cream pies and more.
Fairmont Copley Plaza is proud to announce that all leftovers from Easter brunch will be donated to Boston Rescue Mission, an organization that brings food to the hungry and homeless in the city. Executive Chef Laurent Poulain regularly works with Boston Rescue Mission to donate excess food from the hotel.

National Donut Day is this Friday, June 7, coinciding with Boston PRIDE week. Fairmont Copley Plaza is waving its PRIDE flag loud and proud outside in Copley Square, and to further celebrate with the community OAK Long Bar + Kitchen will give away complimentary mini PRIDE donuts to its patio customers from 4–8PM on Friday, with the purchase of any drink or food, while supplies last. The three-inch minis baked by OAK’s Pastry Chef Lindsay Le Blanc will be a Funfetti Brioche Donut with Rainbow Glaze.
Chef Lindsay is known for her creative donuts and crullers. Every weekend she bakes a new flavor for the Brunch menu’s “French Cruller” special. Last weekend’s cruller was Orange Creamsicle, and past flavors include Vanilla Bean w/ Peanut Butter, Mexican Hot Chocolate and Raspberry Hazelnut.
