The Bristol Restaurant & Bar makes Hump Day the best day of the week with their Burgers & Burgundy. Every Wednesday night, burger lovers can enjoy the object of their gastronomic desire paired with tastings of two Burgundian-style wines. It’s a tasty little opportunity to try something new as the paired wines, chosen by the in-house wine director, will be from bottles that aren’t regularly available by the glass. Burgers & Burgundy costs $35 per person not including tax or gratuity – the burger itself is on the menu (augmented, as it is, with Vermont cheddar, house-made pickles and truffle fries) for twenty bucks so it’s not a bad deal. Learn the art of flower arranging for your holiday table, explore all that the Club House at Trunk Club Boston has to offer! Get your holiday fashion vibes going with this beautiful event with cocktails, bites, flower arranging and fashion!
The flower arranging can take anywhere from one to two hours, depending on the complexity and format of the arrangement. Alice’s Table provides aprons for you to wear for the duration of the event. Working with flowers can be messy, so make sure to wear something you won’t mind getting a little dirty.
You don’t need to bring anything out of the ordinary with you – we provide the flowers, vases, and tools you will need to create your arrangement.
Trunk Club is a Nordstrom Company that delivers style to your door. You can also meet a stylist at one of their amazing clubhouses! Trunk Club stylists are men and women who understand that the right wardrobe can help you land the job, feel more confident, or simply free up time for more important things than shopping. The historic Swan Boats kick off another season in the Public Garden.
On April 13, the Swan Boats officially open for the 2019 Season, bringing joy to families from near and far until Labor Day, September 2.
Spring hours (April 13 – June 20) are 10 am to 4:00 pm. Summer hours (June 21 – Labor Day) are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The Swan Boats are open every day, weather permitting. We cannot operate in rain, high winds or extreme heat.
Purchasing Tickets
The Swan Boat ride lasts about 12-15 minutes while the driver pedals you around the Public Garden lagoon. Tickets are purchased at the Swan Boat dock prior to boarding the boat. No reservations are needed. We accept cash or credit card. The wait for a ride is typically no more than 5-10 minutes.

The dessert buffet will make the magic of the holiday come to life with a presentation of chocolate bunny pops, Easter petit fours, strawberry short cakes, mini Boston cream pies and more.
Fairmont Copley Plaza is proud to announce that all leftovers from Easter brunch will be donated to Boston Rescue Mission, an organization that brings food to the hungry and homeless in the city. Executive Chef Laurent Poulain regularly works with Boston Rescue Mission to donate excess food from the hotel.
