The courtyard of the Central Library in Copley Square, one of Boston’s most beautiful spaces, is filled with music during free, one-hour concerts throughout the summer. The courtyard hosts music that ranges from jazz to classical and from world to folk.

Concerts are moved to Rabb Hall in the event of inclement weather.

Wednesday concerts are presented in partnership with Berklee College of Music and are generously sponsored by Back Bay  Association member Brookline Bank.

Loews Boston Hotel and Precinct Kitchen + Bar Host Themed ‘Locked Up at Loews’ Event to Celebrate Building History

For ONE NIGHT ONLY, Loews Boston Hotel, home to the former Boston Police Headquarters, along with Precinct Kitchen + Bar are celebrating the history of their building with a night of police themed food, drinks and fun!

For just $20 per ticket, guests are invited to enjoy themed creations prepared by Executive Chef Olivier Senoussaoui like the restaurant’s signature Precinct Burger, a risotto action station, famous flatbreads and more. Specialty cocktails inspired by the Prohibition era will be created just for the night’s event, with beer sampling from local breweries and sweet treats include an ‘Instagrammable’ donut wall complete with all your favorite flavors.

Get ready for your #CELLfie with a custom line up wall. And if the food and fun isn’t reason enough to attend, the twenty dollar ticket price which includes two raffle tickets will help. This event will begin with breakfast followed by a panel discussion focusing on the topic Boss Lady: Influence, Innovate, and Inspire…Fearlessly. Then our panelists will share their experiences on “how they got here,” through their hardships, determination, leadership, and passion.
