Join Eataly Boston for a Special Lambrusco Wine Dinner
In 1860, Cleto Chiarli founded the very first wine-producing company in the Emilia-Romagna region. And nearly a century and a half later, the renowned Chiarli family will be joining us for a very-special wine dinner at Terra!
Cleto Chiarli winery has been producing a full-range of elegant wines for over 150 years, including their ever-popular Lambrusco. The winery’s commitment to excellence has established its reputation as a distinguished company all over the world.
On May 3rd, Chef Dan Bazzinotti will be preparing an excellent 5-course paired perfectly with Chiarli wines. Each dish will feature seasonal ingredients hot off our Italian wood-fired grill. Ranging in styles from sparkling Blanc de Blanc to a Metodo Classico Lambrusco, the selection of wines will perfectly complement each of the rustic dishes. And throughout the evening, the great-grandchildren of Cleto Chiarli will be sharing their compelling stories and insight about the winery and its products.
Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime evening complete with excellent food, exquisite wines, and the company of Lambrusco legends!
