Royal Wedding Viewing Party & Breakfast
Fairmont Copley Plaza and Boston Weddings cordially invite you to attend a Royal Wedding Viewing Party & Breakfast on Saturday, May 19, from 6:30–9:30 a.m., to celebrate the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The nuptials and all the pomp and ceremony will be broadcasted live in the hotel’s elegant Ballroom while guests indulge in a full English (and American!) breakfast, plenty of tea and scones, and wedding cake to commemorate the occasion. A champagne bar will open at 8 a.m. to toast the happy couple as they embark on a horse-drawn carriage procession through the streets of Windsor, offering Bollinger champagne and traditional British cocktails such as Pimm’s Cup and Bramble.
Guests are highly encouraged to arrive fascinator-ready and dress to impress in traditional wedding wear suited for a royal gathering. A raffle at the party will award a grand prize to one lucky attendee – a two night stay in a Junior Suite at The Savoy in London, Fairmont Copley Plaza’s iconic sister property, inclusive of full English breakfast and a traditional Afternoon Tea. A photo experience will be in the room for guests to capture their own royal moments throughout the morning – red telephone booth, life-size cutouts of Royal family members and more!
The French Cultural Center presents an evening of French and Bostonian composers.
American artists Matthew Hoch (baritone) and Aaron Larget-Caplan (guitar) present an Art Song Recital by French and American composers, including a world premiere by Boston composer Francine Trester.
The concert is a journey from a poetic French café and countryside, to the gardens and landscapes of Spain and America. This concert marks the celebration of Larget-Caplan’s recent award from the Société Académique Arts–Sciences–Lettres. It will be a dramatic and intimate event by two splendid artists.

She is trained in positive psychology, health and wellness, mindfulness and coaching. Her unique blend of skills complements a 20 year career in advertising and PR for organizations and small businesses. Kelley received her MPH from Boston University School of Public Health and she lives in the South End and Martha’s Vineyard with her husband Julien and her dog Lucy. She teaches yoga and mindfulness to a community of women in Rosie’s Place and is a coach to many women seeing what’s next.
