Eric Hauck: Highly respected for his cutting edge hair styling and iconic cuts and known among industry professionals for having some of the best razor cutting skills, Eric Hauck has certainly made a name for himself as a leader in the competitive hair care business. He has worked backstage at some of Fashion Week’s biggest shows including Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Helmut Lang and on the pages of leading fashion and beauty publications in the US and internationally. After 11 years he has relocated to Boston where he is the Lead Stylist and Creative Director of Mitchell John Salon, as well as an Education Director at Living Proof.
Victoria Vitale: After 5 years of perfecting her craft, Victoria has become known for her voluminous blowouts and intricate updos. She has found the key to her success is fine attention to detail and ensuring a cohesive look. Joining Mitchell John was the next evolution of her training and after completing the rigorous training program faster than any other stylists has, she has become a rising star among the team.

The Aardvark Jazz Orchestra will hold its 44th Annual Christmas Concert at Emmanuel Church.
The concert will feature Mark Harvey’s piece No Walls, an anthem of inclusivity, healing and joy, together with jazz carols and selections from the Duke Ellington/Billy Strayhorn arrangement of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite – an exuberant big band take on the perennial classic.
Proceeds will benefit the Refugee Immigration Ministry (RIM), an organization of multiple faiths and cultures that provides support to individuals and families who have been uprooted by violence.

Post 390 Hosts Bantam Cider Company, Lamplighter Brewing Company, Jack’s Abby, and Berkshire Brewing Company for Farm to Post Dinner
Beer isn’t just for drinking! Join Post 390 to kick off Farm to Post “Cooking with Craft Beer” on Wednesday, January 24. Post 390’s “Farm to Post” tasting series features a monthly spotlight on some of New England’s finest farmers, producers, vineyards, brewers, and fishermen and focuses on ingredients that are sourced locally, and produced sustainably. Every month or so Executive Chef Nick Deutmeyer and his team create a special “Farm to Post” menu highlighting products from these farms and producers.
The first dinner of the 2018 series will include a unique menu with craft beer and cider from Bantam Cider Company, Lamplighter Brewing Company, Jack’s Abby, and Berkshire Brewing Company incorporated into each dish.

If you’ve been patiently biding your time for the chance to talk craft beer with the experts, Post 390 has the opportunity for you. On Sunday, April 8th, the contemporary Back Bay tavern hosts their annual Sip & Slide party featuring a line-up of local breweries (the sips) and a slew of gourmet sliders (the slides) from Executive Chef Nick Deutemeyer. From 12:00-2:00pm, you’ll get to mingle with the brewery reps from area faves like Jack’s Abby, Notch, Lamplighter, Berkshire Brewing, Two Roads, Harpoon and Bantam Cider. And you’ll get to snack on a wide variety of sliders including BBQ bulgogi, a breakfast sausage slider, and a banana bread whoopie pie slider.
