Bar Boulud proudly welcomes Robert Foley Vineyards from Napa Valley, a small family-owned and operated winery known for their incredibly rich red blends, including his floral and mouth-coating Claret (Foley’s flagship wine), and alternative grape usage such as Charbono, Petite Sirah and White Rhône Blend. Robert Foley is one of the few remaining producers that still cultivates the Charbono Grape, creating an expressive and delicious wine that features: blueberry jam, anise and herbal flavors supported with elevated acidity.

The Bristol Restaurant & Bar makes Hump Day the best day of the week with their Burgers & Burgundy. Every Wednesday night, burger lovers can enjoy the object of their gastronomic desire paired with tastings of two Burgundian-style wines. It’s a tasty little opportunity to try something new as the paired wines, chosen by the in-house wine director, will be from bottles that aren’t regularly available by the glass. Burgers & Burgundy costs $35 per person not including tax or gratuity – the burger itself is on the menu (augmented, as it is, with Vermont cheddar, house-made pickles and truffle fries) for twenty bucks so it’s not a bad deal. Fourth of July at Top of the Hub
This July 4th, raise a glass 52 stories high to America as you watch the fireworks from the top of the Prudential Tower at Top of the Hub. The fun starts at 6:00 pm with a Chef’s welcome reception, a champagne toast, passed apps, and (most importantly) an open bar. At 7:30 you’ll sit for a decadent five-course dinner with a cash bar and accompanying live music, and at 8:30 you’ll be treated to a simulcast of the Boston Pops concert on the Esplanade. Finally, end the evening with a bang as the fireworks pop off at eye level.
